They really don’t want to sell you a thing! They won’t pick up the phone and just send you to their website. They refuse to ship to a PO BOX. Plus, the billing address has to be the same as the shipping one. NO EXCEPTIONS! Just complete fools! I’m trying to be nice here, but it’s bad!

"Look Elsewhere for Inflatables!"
I bought the 20' giant Santa Claus back in 2021 and had him up for 25 days in December. After putting him away in his box, I took him out again in December 2022. Just 5 days into inflating him, a tear appeared on the front center seam, about a foot long. When I contacted Yardinflatables for a replacement, they suggested I should, "maybe try sewing it up if it’s near a seam." For a $200 inflatable that only lasted 30 uses, being told to grab a needle and thread was pretty disappointing. I hope my experience helps you avoid the same mistake. Seriously, consider buying from a different company. - Ryan

"Please purchase elsewhere!"
Purchased the 20' colossal Santa Claus in 2021 and used it for 25 days in December. Stored him back in his box and then brought him back out in December 2022. After reaching out to Yardinflatables for an exchange I was told that I should, "probably try to sew it back shut if it was amongst a seam." A $200 inflatable that lasted 30 uses and it was suggested by customer service that I grab needle and thread and get to work. Please let my mistake help you on your journey. "Avoid this seller!"
The material of the inflatables is super thin and can rip easily. When I unboxed it, I found a tear at the bottom right away, and they refused to accept a return. Instead, they suggested I grab a needle and thread to fix it myself. Seriously, steer clear of these folks; their customer service is awful and the quality of their products is just plain bad.

"Don't buy from them!"
Inflatables material are made very thin and easily torn. I opened the box and there was already a tear at the bottom and they said they wouldn't take it back they told me to go get a needle and thread and sew it myself. Do not buy from them they are rude and product quality terrible.

"Quick delivery and no shipping costs!"
I came across some not-so-great reviews, so I was kinda hesitant to place my order. However, they had an awesome deal on an inflatable I needed to get for my son, so I decided to give it a go. The ordering process was a breeze, the email notifications were on point, and shipping was complimentary and super speedy. I’m definitely gonna order from them again and fully recommend them after this experience.

"Fast service, free shipping!"
I had read some negative reviews so I was a little unsure about ordering but they had a great deal on an inflatable I wanted to replace for my son so I took a shot. Ordering was easy, the email updates were great, shipping was free and arrived super fast. I will definitely order again and wholeheartedly endorse them based on this experience

"Weak fan makes it hard for the inflatable to stay upright."
I got the jester item Y823L for my Mardi Gras decor. It's super cute, but the fan that inflates it just doesn't have the power to keep it standing tall and fully inflated. I ended up tying it to some trees to keep it up. I've bought other inflatables from different brands before, and I've never run into this problem. The fan in this one is way weaker than any of the others I've had.

"Fan is not strong enough for the inflatable to stand up."
I purchased the jester item Y823L for a Mardi Gras decoration. The item is very cute but the fan that blows up the inflatable is not strong enough to keep the inflated enough to stand up right and fully inflated. I had to tie it to trees to keep it up. I have purchased other inflatables from other companies and never had this issue. The fan in this item was much weaker than any of the others I purchased in the past from other companies.

The yard inflatables are fantastic, and if you run into any issues, it's not on them. The blame would fall on Gemmy Industries since they’re the ones making the products.

"Received the Wrong Product"
A relative of mine got me an inflatable of the Ohio State Brutus Buckeye from Topperscot.com as a Christmas gift. When I opened the box, I quickly noticed that the inflatable wasn’t Brutus at all. I reached out to Topperscot, and they informed me that yardinflatables had taken over this product line. After contacting yardinflatables in January, they told me they wouldn’t have any shipments until November and assured me there wouldn’t be an issue sending one my way. So, I waited patiently until November, but when I called YardInflatables, they claimed they were out of stock and offered to refund me if I could provide the original order number. This was a gift from nearly a year ago, and my relative couldn’t track down the original order. I suggested that yardinflatables either send me one directly or issue a check for the current value so I could buy it myself. Their response was, 'We’re sorry, but we can’t just send out money to you. We can’t process a refund without an order number.' Honestly, they need to step up and fix this situation.

"Sent Wrong Item"
One of my relatives purchased a Ohio State Brutus Buckeye inflatable from a Topperscot.com and gave it to me as a Christmas present. When I opened the box with the Ohio State Brutus Buckeye on the outside I soon realized the inflatable was not Brutus. I called Topperscot and they said, yardinflatables purchase the rights to this product line. When I called yardinflatables back in January, they said they would not get a shipment until November of this year and there would be not problem sending one to me. So I waited patiently until November and when I called YardInfatables, they said they were out of stock and offered to refund my money if I could give them the original order number. This was a gift from almost a year ago and the relative could not find the original order. I suggest yardinflables purchase one and sent it to me or send be a check for the current value to purchase one. There response was "We are sorry but we can not just send out money to you. We can not issue a refund if we do not have an order number." I am sorry but they need to belly up to bar and make this right

"Inflatable Mickey & Minnie for Christmas"
Got it in just a couple of days, blew it up, and everything's good. The price was reasonable. I'm super excited to set it up with my other holiday decorations!
